Thank you for your interest in our store. Please note the following:
- Unopened products may be returned within one month of purchase for credit at all Deep Blue Med Spa locations. Deep Blue Med Spa treatment packages and garments are non-refundable.
- Reward points have no cash value and may not be transferred or combined.
- Performance of any service is at the sole discretion of our medical staff.
- If you are not an appropriate candidate for a service you have purchased online, the purchase amount may be applied toward another service or products that are available on our store.
